Moe Shirata is an Accountant with SEAF and works with the MicroVest team on financial control and corporate accounting matters.

She holds a BA in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and an AA from Kanda University of International Studies in Japan.  She is fluent in English and Japanese.
