Nikolay Yarmov is the Investment Pipeline & Capacity Building Manager for SEAF’s Financial Institutions Practice in Eastern Europe and Central Asia and its Economic Empowerment Fund for Uzbekistan, and also serves as the MicroVest Senior Investment Officer for the region, working on pipeline origination, due diligence, and monitoring for microfinance institutions.  Based in Tashkent, Niki has been associated with SEAF for over 20 years, having founded and led the CEED (Center for Entrepreneurial and Executive Development) Center in Bulgaria, where he remains Chairman.

He holds an MSc. in Strategic Planning and International Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, and microfinance credentials from University of Colorado Boulder and Southern New Hampshire University.
